My approach is organic in nature. Each session starts with where you are in this moment, then we use intentional dialogue and questions to challenge current belief systems, along with other tools to shift perspective and build practical steps for change. Each session can be routine and also look very different, it’s up to you and your desires.

Absolutely! Many clients choose blended approaches that combine coaching, hypnotherapy, and NLP for deeper and faster change. Pricing includes all of the different modalities offered.

Some people feel immediate insight and/or relief; more sustained change generally builds over multiple sessions. Outcomes are directly correlated to how you show up to do the work.

Yes, we offer a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation. In this call, we will go over your goals, how my services can support you and to answer any questions you have.

Both. We can meet in person at our Tempe office or online by phone or video. Off-site options are available by request, with an additional fee.

You choose the price/package that correlates to your current annual income level. I offer single session and package options to help you save the most on your care, when you need it.

Yes, we offer early morning phone sessions, Saturday sessions and flexible scheduling by request.

Unfortunately, no. Life coaching is not currently covered by insurance. Some people are able to use their FSA/HSA funds; check with your plan administrator to verify benefits.
There are some companies that offer a secondary program where you can earn points or other benefits by submitting receipts for things such as coaching or a gym membership.
