My journey began in the bustling world of Corporate America. I spent years navigating the fast-paced environment, honing my skills in the ever-evolving landscape of technology and finance. From large corporations to small mom and pops, I've seen a wide spectrum of business.

The Catalyst for Change

Life has a way of redirecting us when we least expect it. For me, this redirection came in the form of a deeply personal challenge. When my mother lost her battle with cancer, I became the sole caregiver for my older disabled sister. It was a profound and life-altering experience that forced me to reassess my priorities and my purpose.

Embracing Transformation

This period of my life became the catalyst for my own transformation. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, seeking ways to not only cope with the challenges before me but to thrive despite them. This path led me to become a certified personal and professional life coach, a hypnotherapist, and an advocate for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

My journey didn't stop there. I've delved into the world of holistic healing, training as a reflexologist and immersing myself in the profound wisdom of astrology. These pursuits have deepened my understanding of the human experience and the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

A Fulfilling Life Outside Work

Beyond my professional journey, I find immense joy in my personal life. I'm happily married to my best friend and partner in adventure. Together, we're raising a teenage daughter who keeps us on our toes and brings boundless laughter to our home. Our family includes two energetic Boxers and a cat, making every day an exciting and heartwarming adventure.
